Donald is a Navy Veteran and the Owner and Co-Founder of Air Quality Management Services LLC, a Florida-based Corporation. He is trained and certified as an Occupational Hygiene and Safety Technician (OHST – Retired), is the 1st State of Florida Licensed Mold Assessor, is a Council-certified Indoor Environmental Consultant (CIEC), and a Council-certified Microbial Remediation Supervisor (CMRS) certified by The American Council for Accredited Certification (ACAC).
He has over 37 years of experience in business dealing with Environmental Sciences, Forensic Building Investigations, Indoor Air Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, Hazardous Substance Remediation, and the Property Assessment Industry.
Having founded and managed several firms in New England, he has also held positions in Industrial Hygiene and Safety Management with several State and private firms in New England, including the ship building industry at Bath Iron Works and the State of Maine Department of Safety and Environmental Services. His experience and knowledge brings a wide range of expertise in safety and industrial hygiene to Air Quality Management Services, LLC and our clients.
Dylan J. Bickford, CIE, CRMR
Field Project Assessor - Indoor Environmental Professional

Dylan’s background stems from the United States Navy where he served as a Hospital Corpsman delivering preventative health care to sailors and marines. Dylan trained with the US Marine Corps and served as a Greenside Corpsman with the 1st Marine Division 3rd LAR out of California.
Following his enlistment, Dylan returned to Florida and is now working with Air Quality Management Services LLC as an Indoor Environmental Professional, providing IAQ testing and building evaluations for water damage, mold, chemical influences, as well as ventilation deficiencies.
He has completed training and is currently certified by the American Council for Accredited Certifications (ACAC) as a:
- Council-certified Indoor Environmentalist (CIE)
- Council-certified Residential Mold Remediator (CRMR)
Connie M. Bickford
Accounts Manager
Owner and Co-Founder of Air Quality Management Services LLC, a Florida-based Corporation. She has co-founded and managed environmental businesses and ensured their successful operations for over 22-years.
Connie’s background stems from the Insurance Industry, where she had over 12 years of experience with a nationally recognized company before co-founding her first company in 2000 and is still in operation today.
Connie continues to manage accounts for her 1st company located in New England and manages accounts for Air Quality Management Services LLC here in Florida. Her extensive experience with financial management skills bring stability and success to the Corporations.
