"We leased a house in February and within 2 days found a leak and mold. The property management company waited 5 days to send a plumber, well by now the smell of mold is unbearable, so I called AQM and Dylan came right over to do an air quality test, The results confirmed that there is a high count of mold which I then forwared to leasing company. "I have used AQM in the past and the firm and its personnel are extremely professional and well qualified. Both Don and Dillon helped me understand the concept of moisture and mold and were instrumental in assisting me to identify mold contamination that a remediation company claimed to resolve. The AQM analysis and report provided the data to have previous mold remediation company return to my home and complete the job at no further cost to me. AQM also did a post verification to assure our house was free of mold after the second remediation. I recommend AQM without hesitation."

"I had two rounds of water damage to my condo in Sarasota. Unfortunately, no one was there when the first incident happened and therefore, it wasn’t properly dried out. We were concerned about mold being present. I was hesitant to call anybody out to do an inspection because I wasn’t sure who to trust. I was given Don Bickford’s name, owner of AQM. What a great experience from start to finish. He worked me in the next day, was super professional and informative and had the results back within 24 hours. "The apartment complex I live in is having significant issues with the humidity levels in the apartments. Several neighbors are experiencing this, along with finding mold. One neighbor is not able to return to her apartment because of the mold on all of her belongings. It was clear the complex was trying to control the narrative, and not looking to bring someone qualified in to assess the situation. I decided it was in my best interest to hire someone and have the proper tests done. When the complex became aware of this, they tried to push sending someone into my apartment before my appointment. When I made Don from AQM aware of this, he rearranged his schedule to make sure that did not happen. The inspection was very through. Not only did Don answered all of my questions, he educated me on what to look for. The detailed report that followed was no surprise. Everything was clearly laid out, and will now allow me to address any potential issues I may have with the facts. Thank you Don!"
